The tender is a class 100-C-4 with serial number 8365. The engine was donated to the City of Chandler in August 1956 and placed on display at the Chandler Train Station. After being moved to Armstrong Park in 1969, the locomotive began to deteriorate. Since 1984, the locomotive has been cared for by the Members of the Arizona Railway Museum. The engine was placed on the Arizona State Historical Register in 1994.
